Well, here she is. I met her "on line" in October as Willow Tree, but she promptly became Ebby, after a dear family member. She's a family member now, too! ..more pics below

Ivan & Maya (aka Clyde & Blue Sky) |
Hi Baypath,
Just updating on the two loves of our
lives Ivan and Maya (formerly Clyde and Blue sky). They are doing wonderfully and have adjusted to
our home well. We love them so much and appreciate all of your help!! Thank
you!

Hi All, Eddie has adjusted extremely well and you all should be thanked for helping save this beautiful dog. He has full access to yard via a doggy door and goes for walks everyday. He loves to play and run as well as chasing the squirrels from the bird feeder. He got his first bath yesterday and it went ok.
Eddie will be going to our beach house soon so we will send additional
updates in summer.
Thanks again for Eddie...see more pics below

I wanted let all of you know that Monkey Boy is doing great. We did change is name to Buddy. He is still scared of some things but he loves playing utside in the yard. He runs and jumps like crazy. He loves going to the big open park with more room to run.. I just want to say thank you. We re very happy with Buddy. He makes me smile and to see him grow out of being scared of so many things is wonderful. My kids would not know what to do without him now. ...Kathy.more pics below

I wanted to let you all know how grateful we are to have adopted Pringles. Our dog JD was 11 years old and became very sick, I had to make that awful decision that none of us ever want to have to make. I thought to myself, "how are we going to find such a good dog like our JD?" Although, I knew we could not ever replace JD, Pringles fits right in as if JD sent her himself. Read more below!

Hello! Just wanted to pass on an update on our adorable Fritz. We are all in love with this little guy and the feeling seems to be mutual. Fritz is a wonderful little guy who is really settling into the family wonderfully. He loves belly rubs, running in the snow (and catching snow that falls from the trees!), sleeping next to me while I write on the computer, and greeting our son Nick when he gets home from school. Story and more pics below!

a sweet girl is an understatement. She loves everyone, is always
happy with a constantly wagging tail. She loves to play with her
Airedale brother and is kind to her three legged Doberman sis ter. We
cannot thank Blair and all the folks at Baypath enough for letting us

Liz Arden & Lily (aka Missy Vail) |
In December 2007, we lost our
beloved Zoe to bone cancer. Zelda would go to the door and cry
for her sister dog and we all had some difficult days. With heavy
hearts and a box of tissues, we once again headed out to Baypath but
it was just too soon. A couple of weeks went by and we tried it
again. This time, we were thrilled to meet Missy Vail, a beautiful
young white lab mix. We renamed her Lily as she is the color of
Calla and Easter lilies and brought her home to meet Zelda. Zelda,
now fifteen years old, instantly became younger with the introduction
of one-year-old Lily. Lily adapted quickly to our family and Zelda
was happy to have a new sister dog in her life. Sometimes though,
Lily was a little too playful for the elderly and arthritic Zelda.

We adopted "Andrew Blake" a few weeks ago. We have renamed him
"Teller," since we have a dog "Ben" and so now we have "Ben and Teller"
("Penn and Teller").
Teller remains extremely skitterish, but we have
made enormous progress. We can walk up to him and pet him, he comes
readily to the call to have "dinner," to go outside, and he seems
eager to understand the routines of our household. He and Ben are well
matched and enjoy walking and traveling in the car together.
We have made so much progress with Teller that we are optimistic
about making more. We thank you for rescuing Teller and hope that many other dogs will
enjoy a second chance.

We adopted Clinton (now Akiva) from Baypath in September, and he's now
a treasured member of our family. He is so mellow and handsome and, at
six years of age, came to us already housebroken, leash-trained, and so
easy to teach!

First, we again want to thank you for all your help with our adoption of "Yukon." We'll try not to gush too much, but he is a FABULOUS dog.
We have renamed Yukon Sambuca, or Sam for short. He responded to the name right away, and we wonder if his ori

I'd like to start by saying we LOVE OUR LITTLE MAN and we are so pleased with him and how smart he is. We've quickly learned sit, stay, paw, down, and loves to give kisses. It was fun bringing him to my mother's house in Connecticut last weekend, and watching him trying to figure out what bugs were and then trying to eat them, sit on them, and swing at them - hilarious! I adopted Maddie (formely Loretta Swit) on Father’s Day of 2007.
When we first got her she was shy, scared, and timid and always had her tail between her legs. She was very afraid of men and anyone that would cower over her. You had to squat to her level in order for her to come to you. She would even pee on the floor if you came too near. She would run away from other dogs and was scared to eat out of her food bowl. She hated to be alone and when she was, she would chew up anything she could find. Needless to say, we had a lot of work to do. ..Con't below!

Everyone we meet makes mention of his gorgeous eyes!!!
We cant
thank you all enough for taking good care of Sid before we could adopt him!!!
Take care, and thank you again.
