sevana_mini Dear Baypath,

It has been too long since I last wrote to you about Sevana. I adopted Sevana from Baypath in late January 2005. She has become part of my little family of myself and my 18 month old white cat Samantha. Samantha is a rambunctious youngster from the MSPCA and Sevana keeps her in line. They play chase/tag/hunting games in the house and I often hear them thundering around the halls at 4 AM. I let them out on warm weekend days but only when I am around. They are indoor cats otherwise.

Sevana likes to bring me presents, usually pieces of laundry or dish towels. Once I folded laundry and left the basket downstairs, and the next morning there were 2 pairs of socks outside my bedroom door and 6 more at the base of the stairs. She even dragged a bath towel halfway up the stairs once.

Sevana also has learned to touch me with her paw when she wants to be petted. This is very sweet and I indulge her, but when I stop she will often reach out right away to say "keep going"!

Sevana is doing well and is happy with her cat buddy, her owner, the many comfy places to sleep, lots of food, and the occasional trip outside.
