We adopted Charlie a little over a month ago. Our current dog Chloe had a hard time after the death of our other dog that passed away a few months before. Our plan was to see how Chloe did as a stand alone dog. If she was good with it then so where we; if she was not then we were prepared to get another dog. We noticed she was quiet and getting lonely and so we started looking.

We tried a few older dogs at first but they didn't work out. I saw Charlie's picture online and my husband saw him at Baypath. We had to meet him. Charlie came down the following Sunday and it was love at first sight.

By the time we had the paperwork done Chloe and Charlie were running around and playing as if they'd known each other forever. It was a sight to see. Charlie was happy to have a home and Chloe was beside herself that she had someone to play with. Since then Charlie is never far from Chloe as you can see by the photo. If he could open up her skin like a coat and climb inside I think he would. It's been a positive experience from start to finish and we couldn't be happier.
