hunter2_mini.jpgHey there,

When Adopting Monty from you about a month ago you asked for us to keep you updated about him and send some pictures. I'm almost as good as the dog at doing hat I'm told. :)

First off, we changed his name. After many hours of  debate he was almost named Rufus. Somehow we wound up with Hunter. So Hunter it was. ...con't in read more below....
Immediately he took to the new home and us. It was
almost like he had lived with us his entire life. He
has not once had an accident in the house. Barely
barks and walks wonderfully on the leash. After about
5 minutes of walking with him, I realized he actually
knew the heal command.

That doesn't mean he hasn't gotten into any mischief.
He has but mostly minor funny stuff.

He has taken to his crate but mostly he spends the
time roaming the house. He has 4 beds. 2 are actual
dog beds the other 2 are couches. He has pretty much
claimed one of them for himself.

He and the 3 1/2 year old run around the house
together and tire each other out. It's a great thing
:) Hunter also is very social with other dogs. I
bring him to Doggie Day Care about once a week so he
can run around with the other dogs. He LOVES it.
Although for a dog that is unphased with everything.
He HATES the rain.

Anyway, so you know, he has been a great addition to
our family and is living the life that every dog
should.

Attached are some pictures.

Thank you,
Steve
