Hey Blair - just wanted to give you and the rest of Baypath an update on Traveller.

He is doing absolutely wonderful!  He was a little tough the first few weeks, although he could not be in a better place for patience and love.  Now with almost a month here he is starting to really blossom. He loves....  

to walk and run (as fast as Tracy and I can run anyway...). He plays with toys now - rope knots, bones, and even a little ball now and then.  He is getting along with the other dogs famously and learning how to deal with the cats (they are not as excited to play chase as much as he is - but he's learning).

He is absolutely fascinated with using the stairs - almost as though he's saying "hey, look at me, I'm going up and down these things". Of course, loves his food - and everyone else's too.  Trav has figured out that the bed is THE place to be!  He comes when his name is called!

It is so rewarding to see him beginning to trust and actually seek out company, love, and fun.  Heart-warming to say the very least.  His exuberance at every single moment is such a great lesson!

I want to thank you and the staff at Baypath for your tireless work.  I can only imagine how hard it is.  But your contribution is so vital and greatly appreciated (every day).  I am very grateful.

In short, he's getting lots of love, exercise, and food (not too much).  Thank you for not giving up on him.
