Baypath is a nonprofit Massachusetts 501(c)(3). Therefore, we rely solely on your generosity to provide our abandoned, stray and unwanted dogs and cats with shelter and medical. As a no-kill shelter, we educate the greater community about important issues such as overpopulation and animal cruelty. | General Expense: | These contributions will help cover our general operating expenditures, including building maintenance and upkeep, and animal care costs such as spay and neuter for every animal, vaccinations and wormers. |
| Extraordinary Medical: | Contributions to this fund will go towards providing medical care for animals requiring extraordinary veterinary care for serious injuries and illnesses. Extraordinary care includes diagnostic procedures (X-rays, ultrasounds, biopsies), as well as surgical procedures and ongoing medical treatments (medicines, special foods, emergency veterinary visits). |
Plan for a Future Donation:
Bequests can represent a very important source of funding to Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton. Every year, donors make gifts to Baypath which help us go far in fulfilling our mission. These gifts can be made through your will or through a trust. Both of these tools enable assets to be distributed for general or specific purposes – you decide. All assets, including cash, securities, real estate and tangible personal property, may be transferred to Baypath through your estate. You may also wish to consider naming Baypath as the beneficiary of your qualified retirement plan or a life insurance policy.
