Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton, Inc. (“BHS” or “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with Federal Tax ID #04-2625753. This BHS privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to our website (www.baypathhumane.org), our email inboxes (@baypath.org or other inboxes associated with us or our personnel), social media pages, membership database and donations database (each a “Website” and collectively, the “Websites”). By using our Websites, you acknowledge and consent to the data policies and practices described in this statement. In order to better provide you with services offered on our website, BHS may collect personal information, including without limitation:

Sharing personal information with third parties
Your name, email and mailing address may be shared with the acknowledgee of an honor/memory gift so that they may add their thank you to ours.
If you disclose personal or other information through BHS’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), such information may be collected and used by third parties.
BHS does not sell, rent, or share its membership list with any other organizations or individuals with the exception of trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, process payments or provide other support.
